Co-Op Farming in FarmVille

A new feature on FarmVille is Co-Op Farming. This feature teams you up with your neighbors to complete farming jobs for large amounts of coins, experience and three new ribbons. The faster your team finishes a job the better the rewards will be.
You will see a new button in the top left of your FarmVille control panel. Click on that to get started. There are three tabs on the right. All Jobs shows what jobs are available to start and which ones are available from your neighbors. The Active Jobs tab will show the progress you have made on jobs you have started or joined. The Job History tab shows your statistics for all the jobs you have participated in.
You can start a new job or join an existing job one of your neighbors has started by clicking on the green button that says Start or Join. A new window will open with a description of the job, the requirements and rewards you can earn. Each job has a time limit, so consider that and the time you need to plant and harvest the right crops for the job before joining a co-op project.
Each of the jobs has three different reward levels you can earn: Gold Silver and Bronze. You will receive the higher rewards the faster you complete a job. The Silver and Bronze medals will award coins and experience. The Gold Medal awards coins, experience and a special item. View the special item by placing your mouse over the gold trophy in the job description.
After you start a job you will be prompted to share the opportunity on your feed to invite friends and neighbors to join your CO-OP Farming project. Get as many friends as possible working on this to reach the goal as fast as possible. Each friend needs to seed his or her farm with the required crops AFTER you start the job or they join it. Crops planted before you started the job do not count towards the goal. When you harvest a crop that counts toward the goal a little bar will appear above your neighbor bar showing you the progress.
Once you complete a Co-Op Farming Job you will get a congratulations screen detailing your awards and what percentage of the work each member contributed. You will be able to share a 100 coin bonus on your feed for the first five neighbors to collect. If you don't complete the job on time you will get a Job Failed message.
